These terms and conditions apply to goods ordered from the DIGIMARKET online store. - Price and goods
All prices of products on the DIGIMARKET website are in euros and include 24% VAT. All images of goods are illustrative, unless otherwise stated. The goods on sale are mostly used products, used products are marked with the label USED.
NB! Prices on the website and in stores may differ! - Placing an order
Having selected a suitable product, click on the "Add to cart" button, on the page that opens you can enter your data. You can also change the quantity of the product. You can confirm the order by clicking on the "Place order" button. The order will be sent immediately to your e-mail address. The order is the basis for payment for the product. The original invoice will be sent to you with the product or by e-mail. - Delivery of goods
On the order form page, check that your address is correct. Delivery will be made, as desired, either by DPD, Smartposti, POST24, Venipak parcel machine or by Venipak courier, who will deliver the goods directly to your home or to the address specified in the order. The goods will not be sent until our account has received an advance payment in the amount of the entire amount due for the order.
The products will be delivered to you by the courier together with the delivery note. Before signing the delivery note, we strongly recommend that you check the packaging of the products and not accept the product if it is damaged externally. We ask that you return the product with damaged packaging to the courier and notify us of this by e-mail at info(at)digimarket.ee. Orders exceeding €255 will be delivered free of charge via DPD, Smartposti or POST24. In the case of a courier, orders over €500 are free of charge.
NB! Upon receipt of the shipment from the Courier, the RECEIVER is obliged to make sure that the package is intact and undamaged in transit! Open the shipment and check the condition of the contents before signing for the courier to confirm receipt. Later claims will NOT be accepted! - Cancelling an order
NB! Your order will be cancelled if you have not paid the advance payment within 5 working days from the moment of placing the order.
You can cancel an order by sending a corresponding message to info(at)digimarket.ee or by calling 77 60 230. If the goods have already been shipped from the warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled anymore! - Order fulfillment deadlines
Order fulfillment deadlines are 1-4 business days, depending on the order. We will inform you of the exact delivery time by phone or e-mail within 1 business day after receipt of the advance payment. - Right of withdrawal and refund
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded by distance communication within 14 days without giving a reason.
In the case of the purchase of a thing, the term begins from the transfer of the thing to the consumer.
In the case of a service, the term of withdrawal begins from the conclusion of the contract (VÕS § 56 (1))
The consumer must return the goods to the seller no later than 14 days from the date of making the withdrawal application (VÕS § 562 (1))
The costs related to the return of the goods are paid by the consumer, including the free transport received at the time of purchase for the service.!
The money for the returned goods will be transferred to the buyer's bank account within 30 days.
The right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to legal entities (OÜ, AS, FIE, etc.) - Warranty
DIGIMARKET provides a 3 (three) month warranty for used goods purchased from the online store, which begins to apply from the moment the goods are handed over. If the used product still has a manufacturer's warranty for more than 3 months, then of course the manufacturer's warranty applies, not our 3 months.
The warranty for new goods is 1-3 years, according to the manufacturer's warranty. New printer consumables have a 6-month warranty.
The warranty DOES NOT APPLY to used laptop batteries, printer consumables, devices and their parts that wear out naturally (mechanical parts, natural wear of the housing, fans, etc.), as well as if the product has been repaired by itself or by an unqualified company.
The sender pays for the transportation of goods sent for warranty repair.
If no defect is found in the product sent for repair or it has arisen from misuse of the product, the customer also pays the return shipping costs. - Collection and use of personal data

Accordingly, we have prepared this privacy policy, which covers the collection, use, disclosure, transfer and storage of customer data. Our activities on the Internet are in accordance with all relevant activities and relevant European Union legislation and the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
- Personal data is data that Digimarket collects to identify or contact an individual. Personal data may be collected with the customer's consent in the following ways:

In order to better serve the customer, Digimarket may disclose information about individual users to a third party that provides Digimarket services and is contractually obligated to keep the shared information confidential. A third party is, for example, our partner whose tasks are to transport goods sold in the online store or to provide an installment service.
- Digimarket takes all precautions (including administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect the customer's personal data. Only authorized persons have access to modify and process the data.
- Digimarket may use the Buyer's personal data to protect its rights and, to the extent necessary to protect its rights, transfer the Buyer's personal data to third parties.
- All personal data of the customer that becomes known during the visit to the Digimarket e-shop and during the purchase process is treated as confidential information. An encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the personal data and bank details of the buyer.
- The buyer has the right to check the personal data concerning him/her and request to change it or remove his/her personal data from the database.
